Booking terms.

These terms require review against the operator's actual company details, insurance, permits and Norwegian consumer law before accepting bookings.
Booking and payment
A booking becomes confirmed when Varanger Wild sends written confirmation and receives the stated deposit. Quoted inclusions, timing and balance due date appear in that confirmation.
Guest cancellation
Proposed policy: deposits are refundable up to 30 days before departure, less documented transaction costs. Within 30 days, rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
Weather and operator cancellation
The skipper may change or cancel a departure where conditions, technical issues or safety require it. Guests may choose a suitable replacement date or a refund of payments for services the operator cancels.
Wildlife and catch
Wildlife sightings and specific catches are not guaranteed. All activity follows applicable local rules and the skipper's instructions.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must disclose relevant accessibility needs, follow safety instructions and arrive fit to participate. Alcohol or behaviour that compromises safety may result in refusal to board.
